ILO Helpdesk for Business: more than 1.5 million users, reaching 3 million page views

The number of users of the ILO Helpdesk for Business website have significantly increased for a fourth consecutive year. The average number of visits is 54 481 per month for the period from March 2021 to February 2022. This represents an increase of 49% compared to last year. More than 1.5 million users have now consulted the ILO Helpdesk for Business web site since its launch in 2010. The web site is now fast approaching 3 million page views.
The ILO Helpdesk for Business has answered 1 558 individual queries since its creation. Occupational Safety and Health-related questions continued to be the most frequent. The Q&A web pages are among the most consulted pages of the Helpdesk website. |
