Workers’ Self-Management in Argentina
 
This volume focuses on the emergence and consolidation of Argentina’s empresas recuperadas por sus trabajadores (ERTs, worker-recuperated enterprises) that surged at the turn-of-the-millennium during the country’s financial crisis. Since then, around 400 companies have been converted to cooperatives by almost 16,000 workers. Using the voices of the movement’s protagonists, the book develops a social theory of  workers’ self-management. More
